Rights Reserved How Important Are Cleanses? People today are filled with many types of toxins, and toxins are poisons. These include poisons from chemicals, metals, atomic energy, petrochemical residues, parasites, worms, viruses, infectious bacteria, and fungus (including candida) and mould. We find these toxins in the air we breathe, the food we eat, the liquids we drink, recreational drugs, and alcoholic drinks. Our food and water is full of chemicals and our systems are not able to process out the amount of toxins we are exposed to on a daily basis. Almost every North American has at least one parasite within them today, and this is accepted to be normal. Parasites dump toxins in you every day. Toxins accumulate inside of you causing your systems to become clogged up, which slow down in how they work, eventually resulting in real malfunction and illness. What you feel is fatigue and a loss of well being, but you have is a serious toxic load. Many illnesses are caused by high levels of toxins. I truly believe that people who are free of toxins will live much longer and with much greater energy that those filled with toxins. Cleansing is one way of living longer and more energetically. A Few Words of Caution:
Doing
a gallbladder or liver cleanse while you have parasites can cause you serious
pain and discomfort. Consult your physician prior to doing a cleanse if you have
health issues with your gallbladder or liver. Some people have experienced serious attacks if they have
large stones. Be very cautious! A Brief Word About Cleansing Energy Systems: Just as we have physical systems such as the digestive system, elimination system, or nervous system, we also have energy systems, such as the meridian system, auras, the chakra system, and an extended energy system far beyond the auras. These systems are within you, around you, penetrating you. You could not live without these systems. Energy systems need to be cleansed as much as physical systems require cleansing since energy systems become deeply congested with negative energies and chemicals. Chemical, metal and atomic toxins clog up the energy systems so that energy cannot move through you and around at the optimum rate. This results in fatigue, lethargy, mental dullness and many other physical symptoms. Our energy systems require as much work as our physical systems. The Relationship Between Organs and Emotions: Traditional Chinese Medicine sees a direct relationship between organs and emotions. This means that certain emotions tend to be held by certain organs when they are repressed within rather than being released. Liver .. Anger Kidneys .. Fear Spleen Worry Lungs .. Sadness Heart . Joy Difficulties with these specific organs usually indicates difficulties with the associated emotion. Although these emotions are part of normal living, in excess or repressed, they cause disease. Western scientific research has shown that intense fear and anger produces changes in three organs, the liver, brain and the adrenals. It also shows that these organs work in a very integrated manner and that intense fear or anger always affects the brain, nervous system, and the adrenal glands. Feeling different emotions triggers the release of different chemicals in your body. When you are experiencing pleasant emotions you release a certain set of chemicals. When you are experiencing negative emotions you release a very different set of chemicals. Intense negative emotions, experience for prolonged periods of time, have a serious physical effect on your systems. Many individuals who have undertaken cleanses for the liver, have found that they felt a great deal of anger during the cleanse. People are not aware that they are repressing anger, and are surprised at the anger they might feel when undertaking a liver cleanse. So please be forewarned, you might experience some strong emotions when undertaking one of the following cleanses. Different Types of Cleanses: Today there are so many different types of herbal cleanses on the market. On average, the majority are of short duration, lasting from three days to two weeks. These short-term cleanses can work if your toxic load is relatively light. But please think carefully, if it took you ten or twenty years to build up toxins in your body, why would you expect this type of accumulation to be released in any two-day or even two-week period. A longer-term cleanse with Choming Essences, which uses vibration for raising inner vibrations and releasing toxins, is often required for a first deep cleanse. Detoxification or cleansing with vibration (please see articles on detoxification with Choming Essences at www.mkprojects.com) is much deeper than any herbal cleanse or other natural cleanse, works at a cellular level, but takes much longer than other cleanses. is responsible for moving toxins from your systems as well as making many of the
hormones and enzymes required for the digestion of foods.
It has important functions relating to the release of toxins from your
blood. As the liver becomes
congested it has difficulty removing these toxins.
Slowly these toxins build up throughout your physical body.
People often develop digestive food sensitivities, fatigue, low-grade
depression, as well as many other physical discomforts as a result of a toxic
build-up. The
gallbladder serves an important digestive function; it emulsifies fats.
Just as soap breaks down fat on your dishes, the gallbladder emulsifies
the fats in your food. Similar to the liver, the gallbladder becomes congested with
toxins. This results in poorly
digested food that leads poor nourishment, deficiencies in vitamins and
minerals, and serious health issues. Food moves through our systems through the large and small intestines. Slowly food particles and all types of toxins, parasites, candida, and other invaders build up inside these intestines. This has a major effect on decreasing your ability to digest food and absorb nutrients from your food. Many worms, parasites, viruses, infectious bacteria, and other invaders like to rest in your intestines as well as other organs. These organs eventually become narrower, malfunction, and create a variety of serious health issues. What Does a Colon Cleanse Eliminate? The
following colon cleanses will eliminate only the top layer of the toxins in your
intestines. They do not release
many of the toxins held at a cellular level.
A two week colon cleanse will only begin to scrape off some of the
accumulated debris lining the intestines, but it will not release the toxins
being held at a cellular level. I recommend six weeks as a minimum for the
suggested colon cleanse.
Detoxification
Symptoms: When you
begin any detoxification or cleanse, toxins begin to cleanse out of your body.
This means is that the toxins leave the organ or cell, drop into your blood
stream and they find a way to leave your body.
This can make you feel tired, nauseous, have an upset stomach, headachy,
or with overall flu type symptoms. These
symptoms should be gone within 5-10 days. Be
patient and stay with the cleanse. It
is very important for your overall health and energy and vibrancy. Changes To Your Diet Are Essential: There is no point going through all the effort of cleansing your liver or gallbladder or colon if you continue to eat a diet loaded with sugar, fat, refined carbohydrates and starches, dairy products, and coffee. These foods are filled with chemicals, hormones, antibiotics, and metals, and leave a great deal of debris in your systems. You should undertake major changes to your diet for at least two or three weeks before undertaking any of the following cleanses. Eat organic vegetables, meat, grains, rice, and fruits. Reduce the fat in your diet to one tablespoon a day. Eliminate all dairy products, including milk and cheese. Eliminate all white and brown sugar (and check the ingredients of food packaging, youll be amazed at how much sugar is in everyday foods that you eat)and artificial sweeteners. Artificial sweeteners are chemicals and that means more toxins. Use honey or maple syrup in moderation as a sweetener. Eliminate 90% of the wheat and other grain products you are eating. Substitute these with rice. Rice is easily digested by everyone whereas many people have great difficulty digesting wheat and other grain products, and that includes spelt and kamut grains. Reduce your coffee intake to two eight-ounce cups each day at a maximum and eliminate it if you can. Cleanses Are Important During Menopause: Menopause is a time in life when many functions change in the human body. The symptoms and discomfort of these changes can be minimized if your organs and systems are cleansed and working at their highest efficiency. I personally believe that candida overgrowth, parasites, worms, and overall liver and gallbladder congestion greatly exacerbate many of the symptoms experienced by women going through menopause. A cleanse helps to fine tune the body, increasing its level of performance. This is a major benefit to women and men going through menopause. How Often Should You Repeat a Cleanse? I believe
that everyone should do a thorough colon cleanse twice a year, once in the early
spring, and once in the late fall, about six months apart.
A liver and gallbladder cleanse should be undertaken two to four times a
year, depending on the state of your overall health. Recipes for Cleanses: There are many different ways and recipes to use for cleansing and today there are a variety of new products as a support to this system. However, the following is a list of various recipes recommended by Hanna Kroeger in her book called God Helps Those Who Help Themselves. Hanna was a brilliant herbalist who was deeply experienced in many types of cleanses. Her book contains many other cleansing recipes and lots of additional information. Cleanse for the Gallbladder and Liver
First
Day drink the following: 8AM 8 oz apple juice 10AM 16 oz
apple juice 12PM 16 oz apple juice 2PM 16 oz apple juice 4PM 16 oz apple juice 6PM 16 oz apple juice Use only natural unfiltered apple juice, no chemicals or sweeteners, preferably made fresh from organic apples. This is important since its the malic acid that softens the stones in the gallbladder. NO FOOD WHATSOEVER Second
Day: Repeat the juice
routine of the first day. No food whatsoever all day. * At bedtime, drink down at once, 4 oz olive oil. Between 4 AM
and sometime in the morning you will have a major bowel movement.
In the fecal matter you will find small green pebbles, the size of a
pinhead or as big as a bird egg. These are what are left of your gallstones.
Or you may just get green feces. Many times it all looks like green mud.
Old stagnant bile becomes dissolved and liquefied through the malic acid
of the apple juice. The oil moves the entire mess.
It is possible that if there is enough colon congestion, the waste from
the gallbladder will be stored in the colon, and not expelled for a few days. If you did not expel any stones after the first two days on this cleanse, wait a week or two, and then do this cleanse again. This cleanse was
developed in Austria and is today used in many health spas in Europe.
It frees the liver/ gallbladder tract of old bile and debris, which we
call stones. Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse
- Prepare and mix
together: 2 oz.juice of raw beets and greens of beets 3 quarts water 2 cups fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons raw
honey - Make fresh
unfiltered apple juice from organic apples or use purchased unfiltered organic
apple juice. - For 2 days, and if possible 3 days, drink the following: 7AM 2 glasses apple juice 9AM 2 glasses beet/ lemon juice 11AM 2 glasses apple juice 1PM 2 glasses beet/ lemon juice 3PM 2 glasses apple juice 5PM 2 glasses beet/ lemon juice 7PM 2 glasses apple juice 9PM
2 glasses beet/ lemon juice Between 4 AM and

Helps Those Who Help Themselves. · Earl Irons method: Bentonite Clay and a cleanser such as Psyllium husks for 7 days; · A herbal combination of yellow dock, onion, sage, wahoo bark, and rhubarb root; · A herbal combination of white pine tree bark, mugwort, myrrh, chamomile, catnip, and mullein; · 1 tablespoon glycerin in 1 cup of coffee; · 1 quart of lightly salted water upon rising. A variation of Earl Irons cleanse is to take 1 teaspoon of Bentonite (or another type of clay) and 1 teaspoon Psyllium husks mixed into 16 ounces of liquids (water, herb tea, or unsweetened juice, each morning. If you constipate, add 5-6 drops of the cascara sagrada tincture or another herbal laxative to this mixture to keep your bowels moving. It is very important to keep your bowels moving regularly. Take this mixture each day for at least 6 weeks. During this time, keep your meat intake and your intake of refined grains and flours to a minimum, and increase your intake of raw vegetables and fruits. The purpose of this cleanse is to get as much fiber into the intestines to scrub them out. You
may experience headaches, nausea, or other physical pains while doing this
cleanse. As you loosen waste that
is accumulated on the lining of your intestines, some of it will be absorbed
into your blood and sent all over your body before it is eliminated.
It will take time to eliminate these toxins out of your systems.
Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water or herbal tea each day while doing
this cleanse. Spleen
and Liver Cleanse:
Ingredients: 2 Quarts Concord Grape Juice Juice of 6 Oranges Juice of 3 lemons Cut the white of the lemon in small pieces. Boil this in a little water for 10 minutes. Mix this mixture with all the juices and add enough water to make 1 gallon. This is a one-day supply of your food/drink intake. Just 2 days of this will cleanse your organs, as Drano cleanses your water pipes. A
Quick Cleanse for the Liver: The first day on arising, drink 8 oz hot water with 2-3 fresh lemons squeezed into it. From then on, eat whenever hungry, stewed tomatoes and tomato juice. This acts as a cleanser. Drink hot water and lemon or tomato juice whenever you feel like it. Do not worry about the following day, because it will be exactly the same. It is amazing how hungry you become. At bedtime of the second day just as you are ready to go to sleep drink the following mixture: 3 oz olive oil 2 oz castor oil 3 oz whipping cream You can chew a small piece of lemon after drinking this, just for taste. At 3 or 4 AM (for some its 8AM) you will have a nature call with much dark and ugly smelling waste. The next morning have a good breakfast. In Summary: For the average man or woman, the suggested short-duration cleanse can help you feel more energetic, and less irritable and restless. However, to live longer and enjoy that life with vibrant energy, deep release of toxins is required, and lifestyle changes are essential. To
